Summer means more time outdoors—but it’s also a great reminder to protect your skin and reduce harmful UV exposure.
Simple steps can make a big difference:
🧴 Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+)
🕶️ Wear sunglasses with UV protection
👒 Choose hats and lightweight protective clothing
🌳 Seek shade, especially during peak sun hours (10 AM–4 PM)
🚫 Avoid tanning beds
📱 Check the daily UV Index before heading outside
