Join us at our Community Carnival on Saturday September 12th at The Parke (our independent senior living apartment building behind Food Lion). This exciting day will mark our 10th anniversary for The Parke with games/prizes, food trucks, vendors, raffles, and a DJ. We hope to see you there not only to share in all the fun but also to help us support the Gaston County Walk To End Alzheimer’s with all proceeds being donated to that amazing organization ❤️

Balance, range of motion exercise and lots of laughter filled the gym yesterday morning as some of our STLC staff hosted Chair Volleyball for the seniors at the Mt. Holly Sole Patrol. Sometimes we need a reminder that exercise CAN be a lot of fun! We wrapped up with fresh cut watermelon to rehydrate and sent them on their way for a fantastic day!
