• Float between MedSurg and ED based on patient needs
• Provide full-scope nursing care from assessment to discharge
• Administer medications and treatments
• Lead and support non-licensed staff
• Step in quickly when staffing needs arise (within 2 hours)

📋 Requirements:

✔️ RN license (Texas or Nursing Compact)
✔️ BLS required | ACLS, PALS, TNCC preferred
✔️ 1+ year hospital RN experience preferred
✔️ Must be available for day and night shifts
✔️ Minimum 36 hours/week

🚧 Exciting Growth is Coming to MCHD Emergency Services 🚧

Beginning this summer, Martin County Hospital District will begin an expansion project that will significantly increase the size and capacity of our Emergency Department.
When complete, our Emergency Department will grow from 5 treatment rooms to 11 treatment rooms, allowing us to better serve our patients and our growing community for years to come.

Construction is expected to begin in July and will take place in phases to ensure emergency services remain available throughout the project. While you may notice some temporary changes during construction, our team remains committed to providing the same high-quality emergency care you depend on every day.
This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to bringing advanced healthcare closer to home and ensuring our community has access to the care it needs—when it matters most.

After many years of serving our community, we want to share that Martin County Home Health will be closing effective August 2, 2026.

We are deeply grateful to the patients, families, referral partners, and dedicated staff who have trusted us throughout the years. It has been a privilege to provide care in the homes of our neighbors and to be part of so many important healthcare journeys.

Our team remains committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all current patients. We will continue providing care through our closing date and are working closely with patients, families, physicians, and receiving agencies to help ensure continuity of services.
