Our overnight retreat experience is officially SOLD OUT! 🍂✨

We are so excited to have a full house of women joining us overnight, but you can still be part of this beautiful experience. We have a limited number of daytime retreat spaces available for October 3.

This is a full, nourishing fall day created for the woman who is always caring for everyone else and is ready to let herself be cared for, too.

We’ll spend the day slowing down, reconnecting and nourishing ourselves from the inside out with:

There’s something extra special about teaching Reiki Masters. 💛

These aren’t students I’m meeting for the first time. These are people who have walked their Reiki journey with me… from Reiki 1, to Reiki 2, now all the way to their Masters.

One of my favorite parts of teaching Reiki has never been creating practitioners who all practice exactly like me. It’s giving people the foundation and then getting to watch them make Reiki their own.

So proud of this group and so grateful I got to be a part of their journey from the very beginning. 🌿✨

The baby even joined us for a few minutes which was extra special. 💛

There’s something so special about teaching Reiki in my own backyard. 💛🌿

Today was Reiki 2 with such a beautiful, connected group of women. We actually went over our scheduled time because we got so wrapped up sharing stories, experiences, and all the ways Reiki has shown up for them since Reiki 1.

And honestly, that’s one of my favorite parts of teaching. Reiki training is so much more than learning the techniques. It’s connection, trusting yourself, sharing the weird and beautiful experiences, and growing together.

A little longer than planned 😂 but exactly what it needed to be.

So proud of these women and excited to see where Reiki 2 takes them. 💛☀️
