🐴 **A Dear Cowgirl Letter — Written by One of Our Own (Brittany Lawrence)**

Usually, the words shared here come from our side of the arena.

This one didn’t.

This Dear Cowgirl letter was written by one of our own. Someone who has stood alongside the work, watched it unfold, and understands that healing sometimes looks different when it moves from four walls into an arena.

Her words capture something we witness all the time:

The horses don’t need the whole story.

They don’t care about the title you carry, the mistakes you’ve made, how tough you’ve learned to look, or how long you’ve been carrying something.

They just meet you where you are.

And sometimes, somewhere between the dirt, the quiet, and a thousand-pound animal standing beside you, something shifts.

We couldn't summarize this one any better than she did.

So today, we're handing over the reins.

When your “check-in” with the guys comes with four legs, hay, and a whole lot less office lighting. 😂🐴

We loved having one of the incredible staff members who supports the gentlemen from **The Shoulder** spend a little time with us at **Equine Therapy Group**.

There’s something pretty special about getting to work alongside people who genuinely care about the humans we serve! Whether that means sitting beside them in a group, supporting the work behind the scenes, or occasionally coming out to the arena to see what all this horse business is about. 😉

And obviously… she had to get pictures of the real staff while she was here. 🐴😂

Grateful for good people, good partnerships, and the kind of work that reminds us healing doesn’t have to happen inside four walls. 🤎
