💙 September is Su***de Prevention Month 💙
At our family practice, we believe mental health is health — and no one should have to face a difficult season alone.
Su***de can affect people of any age, background, or circumstance. Sometimes the people who are struggling most may not show it on the outside. This month, we encourage everyone to check in, listen without judgment, and reach out when something doesn’t feel right.
If you or someone you love is struggling:
Talk to someone you trust.
Reach out to your healthcare provider.
In the U.S., call or text 988 to connect with the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
If there is an immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
A simple “How are you really doing?” can open the door to a conversation that matters.
💙 You are not a burden. Your life matters. Help is available.
