We couldn’t end the month of May without spotlighting our resident of the month, Mrs. Rose Cirilli! ✨
Mrs. Rose Cirilli, 91, was born and raised in Leland, Mississippi, where she spent her early years deeply rooted in family, faith, and community. She grew up attending St. James Catholic Church, a place that would remain central to her life. It was there that she married her husband, Joe, beginning a lifelong partnership built on love, resilience, and shared adventure.
After their marriage, Rose and Joe settled in Greenville, Mississippi, where they built their home and raised their family. Together, they had four sons, three of whom are living today—Mike, Steve, and Gary. Joe began his career as a farmer and later worked for an independent tire company, a role that took the couple on travels around the world, broadening their experiences and creating lasting memories.
Rose pursued higher education at Delta State College, preparing for a career that would leave a lasting impact on her community. She became an elementary school teacher in Greenville, where she was known for her dedication, patience, and care for her students. Beyond the classroom, she remained deeply committed to her faith, actively participating in church life and generously giving her time through volunteer work.
Now in her later years, Rose enjoys a quieter pace of life. She finds joy in simple pleasures—working word searches and getting lost in a good book—while reflecting on a life filled with family, service, and meaningful connections.
We are so proud to have Mrs. Rose as a part of our family here at The Goldton at Adelaide!❤️
