Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

24-Hour Notice
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another guest.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not contact us may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Running Late?
Please give us a call if you’re running behind. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Depending on how late you arrive, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so we don’t inconvenience the next guest.

Emergencies Happen
We understand that illness, emergencies, and unexpected situations occur. Please communicate with us—we’re always happy to work with you when circumstances are beyond your control.

So… what makes gel polish different from regular nail polish?

Instead of air-drying like traditional polish, gel polish is cured under a special light, which hardens each layer.

Once that final coat is cured, you're ready to go. 🙌

Gel polish keeps that beautiful, freshly-done shine much longer than traditional polish.

✨ It’s made for longer wear.
When properly applied and cared for, gel polish can give you beautiful color for around 2–3 weeks, although wear time varies from person to person.
