Caring for patients from infancy to adulthood, our team specializes in myopia management and vision rehabilitation.

Dr. Ilana Gelfond-Polnariev is a graduate of Salus Univeristy (Pennsylvania College of Optometry). She completed a residency in Vision Therapy at the State University of New York College of Optometry. Dr. Gelfond is Board Certified in the Vision Development and Vision Therapy. She specializes in pediatric vision, vision therapy, and head trauma rehabilitation for children and adults. She is a memb

er of the Allied Health Staff at Northwell Health. Dr. Gelfond-Polnariev is currently an Associate Clinical Professor at SUNY College of Optometry. She has published several articles on Vision and Learning in local parent magazines, as well as lectured to PTA groups, OT's, Mother's of Multiples groups, and to the teachers in the Staten Island School system. Dr. Viktoriya Rudnik received her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry. She completed her pediatric and vision therapy training at SUNY college of Optometry and Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Rudnik enjoys providing eye care to children and adults with special interest in Orthokeratology.
