Your pelvic floor called… it wants a refill. 💧
Most people know water helps with energy and skin health, but did you know it can also support your bladder, bowels, and pelvic floor function?
When you’re dehydrated, your bladder can become more irritated, constipation is more likely, and those pelvic floor muscles have to work a little harder. Small daily habits can make a big difference.
✨ Today’s challenge:
Grab your favorite water bottle and see if you can hit your hydration goal before dinner!
A simple guideline: Aim for about half your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of fluid each day, with most of that coming from water.
