• Manage the student volunteer program including recruitment, scheduling, interviews, and daily oversight
• Oversee the general office including workspace allocation, equipment maintenance, inventory, and overall organization
• Manage vendors related to supply order and delivery, office equipment, housekeeping, phone/internet, and facilities
• Oversee patient and physician schedules
