What a Honor to Celebrate a True Queen of Hearts!

Mary Lee Tillman celebrated her 100th birthday on Tuesday at The Lodge at Bethany, surrounded by generations of family and friends in a card-themed ceremony.

Another busy week in the books for our Residents. Thanks to our wonderful volunteer Connie Murphy for the beautiful lap blankets presented to Cheyenne Lindley with CASA. Our ladies always love being a part of giving to others. Who doesn’t love shopping? A few ladies made the trip to Walmart for a little retail therapy. We finished the week with our monthly Birthday party to celebrate July birthdays. Special thanks to Donnie Collins for the birthday/dance party entertainment.

On the road again……
We enjoyed a special treat with our monthly Lunch Bunch to the beautiful Coleman House in Swainsboro. The venue was beautiful and the food was mouth-watering.

What a marvelous time our residents had going to the Old time gospel sing at Pittman Park United Methodist Church and reminiscing through all the amazing songs that are so special to us all in some way.
We are so blessed with so much talent in our community and what a wonderful event to bring us all together.
Thank you to our own Kim Brown for taking our residents to this special event tonight.

Our Grandmas & Bethany Ladies got the Royal Glamorous treatment today…that they all deserved!
Hair, makeup, by some of the best, beautiful entertainment by Dr. Michael Braz & Royal Sundaes with Cathy Walker from Ogeechee Area Hospice and her sweet little helper (her grandson).

Lots of shoutouts of gratitude to all the wonderful people who made this day so special for our sweet Grandmas!

Cherish your Grandmothers, hold them a little closer & a little tighter. The love from a Grandma is extra special!

A Great BIG thanks to Christy Bohler with Merle Norman Cosmetics Statesboro along with Madison with Georgia Hospice, and our sweet sisters Regan & Olivia from BA for doing an amazing job with makeup. Thank you to our amazing staff for always being ready to jump in and do whatever is needed.
I hope you enjoy the sweet pics as much as we liked taking them!

What an Honor we had to Celebrate our very own resident Mrs. Mary Lee Tillman’s 100th Birthday today!
Family, Friends, Residents gathered to honor Mrs. Mary Lee with sweet messages, lots of hugs, and most importantly a lot of Love.
She is the ultimate Queen of Hearts❤️❤️❤️❤️ in more ways than one, beautiful on the inside & out.
She continues to play cards (Hand & Foot) weekly with her family. She is a genuine southern lady & so very elegant.
We love & wish her a Very Happy 100th Birthday and many more!
