‼️Let’s welcome Kamie to Breathe!! Kamie will be taking over Wednesday nights Restorative Deep Stretch class beginning next week!

✨I found yoga in 2011 while pregnant, drawn to the movement and staying for the breath work, and a reminder that I don’t have to have everything figured out.

I completed my RYT-200 in 2017 and have since taught at festivals throughout the East Coast and at a local studio for several years. My classes are alignment and breath focused, with an emphasis on moving in a way that feels supportive, authentic, and a little softer.

Off the mat, I work at our local hospital helping our grandparents go home safely, spending time with my teen or stuck with my nose in a book.
I’m so happy to be part of Breathe and the Statesville community, and I can’t wait to meet you on the mat.✨
