Join us in congratulating Jeff McDaniels, MSN, RN, who was recently named Director of the 1 North oncology unit and Infusion Care Services at Iredell Memorial Hospital.

Jeff began his nursing career at Davis Regional Medical Center, now Iredell Davis Behavioral Health, in 2012. An Iredell County local, he graduated from South Iredell High School in 2008. He then went on to earn his BSN from Lenoir-Rhyne University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honors Society and the Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society. In July 2025, he graduated with his MSN in Nursing Administration from Gardner-Webb University with a perfect 4.0 GPA.

“I’ve become deeply connected to this community, its providers, and the benefits of being part of a growing nonprofit organization,” he said. “Many of my family members have received excellent care at Iredell, and I’m grateful for the nursing leadership team that has encouraged me to grow.
