How to cook hard boil farm fresh eggs to peel easy....Been saying this for years. The eggs in this picture are all less than a week. Some from same day.
1. Get your Steamer filled with water (we use RO or spring water)
2. Set your eggs in the steamer basket
3. Bring water to a boil with lid on.
4 Set your timer for 20 min once water is boiling
5. Let water stay boiling so steam is going for 20 min
6. turn heat off and lets eggs sit still steaming 10 to 15 min
7 let eggs cool completely 9I put in cool water to speed that part up.
8. PEEL EGGS

Great things are happening here at the retreat. Let me know if you want any elderberry. Our girl had taken over our front yard. We will get about 20 or 30 cups after the chicken get thier share. We will bag and freeze. $5per cup.
