What a good night at RU last night. We had someone celebrating 30 days sobriety. That’s something to celebrate! Hope to see you soon. We will be there next Friday night at 7pm!

Each year our church hosts RU Sunday. Today our RU family presented a special skit about baggage. Each of us has our own baggage that we deal with. The Bible tells us, “casting all your care upon Him for he careth for you” (1 Peter 5:7). God wants all of our baggage and He doesn’t want us to keep picking it back up.
We also presented two very special and touching songs, You’re Free and I Met God at Rock Bottom.
Our RU family along with some new adopted members that joined our family this special day, has worked hard on this presentation. God really blessed us today. We pray this presentation blessed others the way it blessed us.
Come join us this Friday night and become part of this very special family that God continues to grow and bless!

4th annual RU picnic at Jeff and Phyllis Langley’s. This is something that we look forward to EVERY year! Every year we have fun swimming, enjoy awesome food, the best fellowship and always go home with flamingo party favors! Thank you Langleys for being the best hosts! And thank you to all who came!

Last night we met for second talk and then we took a road trip to our local town to watch fireworks together. God bless America!

What a fun night at RU last night. We had a night of food, fellowship and fun! A great cookout, lots of people to fellowship with and fun games of Connect Four and Corn Hole. We had some great competition! Congrats to Glen & Joy for winning the Corn Hole tournament and to Michele for winning the Connect Four tournament!
This Memorial Day we remember and are grateful to our military, especially those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
But most of all we are thankful to Jesus who paid the biggest sacrifice of them all to save us!
Thank you Jesus!

Wow! What a night tonight at RU! We really had some good connections in second talk tonight. Just a reminder, you don’t need to fix yourself before you come to God. In fact, you can’t. Come to Him and let Him restore you! At RU you will be surrounded by godly people who want to see you be the best you that God has planned. We are here to encourage and pray for you. We aren’t like other recovery programs. We know that a relationship with Jesus will bring true restoration. Come see us next week at 7pm. After all, it’s the best place to be on a Friday night!

We are going through the fruits of the spirit in our third talk. Tonight we talked about faith.
Faith is a personal measurement of the level of confidence in what Christ has done and will do in, through and for us.
We gain more faith as we yield to the measure of faith that we already have living within us.
Your growth faith will bring more power from God- not because you know more about Him but because you know Him.
What has God done for you? What will he do for you in the future? Do you have faith that He will take care of you in your future?
