I've been blessed with the use of my hands as tools to quiet the pain of the body. Each body is different and each session is tailored to meet the clients needs. I specialize in Deep Tissue with incorporating stretching to create flexibility. Other modalities may be incorporated such as Swedish, Myofascial Release, Muscle Release Technique and Cupping. I'm a 2000 graduate of the Virginia School of

Massage with additional training in Medical Massage. I'm Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork , Licensed under the Board of Nursing and also a member of AMTA.
