Our Childbirth Preparation Class is designed for pregnant parents and their support partners who want to feel informed, confident, and calm walking into their birth experience.

Together, we'll cover:
🌿 Birth physiology and what to expect
💧 Comfort measures and natural childbirth
💊 Pain relief options and interventions
👶 Newborn care and bonding
🤱 Postpartum recovery and breastfeeding

Class options:
📅 The first four Tuesdays of each month, 6:30 – 9:00 PM
📅 Two Saturdays a month, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
💻 In-person or Zoom available

Cost: $40 for the series

Preparation looks different for every family. This class is one more way we walk alongside you. 🤍

Fun fact: the average baby goes through 2,500 to 3,000 diapers in their first year. That's a lot of changes, a lot of wipes, and a lot of "did you bring the diaper bag?!"
