Business Spotlight: Stayton Tire and Automotive deserves a shout out this week. Cory has been a champ with helping me in the past with our several vehicles. You know that someone is invested in their community when they are branching out their business. They just acquired Dale's Auto Body(now Stayton Total Auto) and are expanding their services. He is knowledgeable, honest, and provides quality work. One thing you don't see often from a shop is good communication and clarity. Corey and his staff provide this and it is appreciated. They take pride in their work and want you to be satisfied. If you need mechanic work or body work done for your cars be sure to hit them up.

Why can’t we all just get along?! Even healthcare workers need some care. Thank you Dr. Patrick Allen, DAc from Stayton Acupuncture and Wellness who stopped by the clinic today. He was able to get some adjustments and I was able to get some much needed acupuncture treatments. Regular chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture can help improve overall body function and wellness. We are so lucky to have a solid acupuncturist in town who knows his stuff.

Business Spotlight: SCTC deserves all the love. This business has been established in town since 1955 and is all about community. You can't go to an event around town and not see SCTC making some sort of impact or contribution to the event. We are lucky to have such a local powerhouse that continues to fight for our community. Utilizing their services for both my home and business has been remarkable. I rarely have issues and if I do their customer services and technicians are fast and reliable. Dale helped us initially get set up at the clinic and did a remarkable job! Their leadership is stellar and they have genuine concern for the community AND our community's future. I have been told that they contribute $100K+ in local donations every year! That is amazing! You won't see a big national corporate name come in to town and make this kind of impact. Let's give them some love and keep our utilities local!

Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and he shall direct thy paths."

Not sure who this is for(maybe for all of us 😁) but I felt like I needed to share this scripture that kept coming to my mind today. I have been lucky to get asked to teach an early morning scripture study class for youth. It has been such an honor to wake up early with these teens before they go to school and discuss the good word of God with them. No better way to start the day then to be fed by Him who loves us most. ❤

I may never be able to shake the nickname Spud-muffin! What have I done?! Thank you to Kim Dietz our receptionist for her kind words and friendly harassment. I think I have been Dr. Spudmuffin more this week than Dr. Leder! We know how to have a good time. Thanks for the award Kim! Baked And Loaded Potatoes LLC Santiam Hospital & Clinics Foundation

Business Spotlight: Panezanellie Breadstick Shoppe is incredible. I hesitate to share because I don’t want one more person to know how awesome this place is because I want it all to myself. You know you’ve got your hooks in your customers when you can close your shop for a few weeks a year and people are lining the streets to welcome you back. Not only do these guys produce some of the best lunch you can snag in Sublimity or in Marion County for that matter, but they put their hearts in to everything they do. They are community loving, hard working, family dedicated people. They deserve all the business they can manage for what they do. The prices are great, the food is amazing, and the family is irreplaceable. Let’s give them some love folks!

Also please leave a ricotta and sausage breadstick for me. 😜
