Throughout this time she has developed a style that is informed by a deep knowledge of muscular anatomy, fascial structures, the nervous system, and energetic systems. Through the application techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish techniques, stretching, intuition, reflexology, prenatal techniques, cupping and an ability to meet your system where it is, her work results

in deep physical and mental relaxation as well as fostering a deeper level of understanding around the interconnectedness of the systems within your body. Whether you are looking for support around sports recovery, injury recovery/prevention, pregnancy, stress, or improving overall wellness, Emily is a necessary asset to your journey.

Me coming out of freeze…. I have been here a while and didn’t even realize it until I started to come out of it.✨

These last few years have been full of deep transformation: facing the stories I tell, working with the nervous system dis-regulation that was built up from 42 years of living as an empath, welcoming my gifts and challenging and fruitful work with my partner. There has been deep healing here🔥

There is a well of inspiration, fire, light and connection coming out of me… and I can’t wait to share what it becomes… something is building! 💫

We dance a lot in my home and it helps us move through a lot…. The air guitar is also very powerful! Give it a try!
