💛 Maternal Mental Health Month is a reminder that mothers deserve care, support, and space to be human, too.
💛 In Child-Centered Play Therapy, we talk often about presence, attunement, and connection. But presence does not mean perfection. It means having enough support and regulation to return to our children with care.
💛 Sometimes that starts with something small: a breath, a pause, a softer thought, or the reminder that you are still a good parent even when parenting feels heavy.
