Welcome to my Ted Talk for Monday.

With rising diesel prices, and also the rising initial cost of alfalfa hay itself, you may have noticed that pricing for every cube maker and feed manufacturer has gone up.

We feel the pinch of what you are going thru to feed your horses, because we have horses too. The cost of hay has gone up by the ton, and we all are sweating at the pump when we fill up. Jamie and I own the trucking company that transports the majority of our products so we are rolling thru thousands of dollars a week in our efforts to keep our equine friends stocked with the freshest and best products on the market. And because we own the trucking company, we actually can control your end cost better that way. That's why we do it.

Our company, Happy Animals® represents Cubeit Hay Company as one of the largest, if not the largest distributor of alfalfa cubes in the this region. We take a great deal of pride in moving multiple loads per week and making sure the product is in perfect condition when it arrives---the same as when it left Idaho. FRESH. The product is cubed with #1 PREMIUM ALFALFA & has NO BINDERS. It's all natural, no artificial colors or additives. It's important to understand that we don't want binders on our cubes and that's such an easy explanation. When your horse eats forage in the wild? It doesn't have binders on it either so why would you buy a cube with it? Natural is always BETTER. 🥰 It's better on the digestive tract and also in the overall absorption of natural nutrients from the hay. While there may be a cheaper ton price out there, we guarantee you that there is not a better, more consistent cube or source of forage on the market. Cheaper is not always better. 🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM HAPPY ANIMALS LLC 🚨

We have been made aware that someone has created a fraudulent Venmo account impersonating Happy Animals LLC.

Our ONLY Venmo business account is:

Please notice the hyphen (-) at the end.

The person behind this account copied our previous Happy Animals profile photo AND our cover photo in an attempt to make their account look like ours. The first photo attached to this post, with the red X across it, is NOT OUR ACCOUNT.

We actually discovered this today when someone attempted to send Happy Animals a legitimate Venmo request and unknowingly sent it to the impersonating account instead. She kept telling me she had sent the request, but I wasn’t receiving it.

Now we know why.

She had found the fraudulent account believing it was us.

We have reported the account to Venmo.

I have also changed both the profile photo and cover photo on our legitimate Happy Animals account so that our customers can more easily recognize us. The second photo shows what our account looks like now.

Most importantly, when paying Happy Animals through Venmo:

Please make sure you are paying a BUSINESS account — do not search for us under “People.”

Our legitimate Happy Animals LLC account is a verified business account. Look for the blue verified shield with the check mark beside Happy Animals LLC.

I have checked our account thoroughly and nothing on our Happy Animals account has been compromised. This person has not gained access to our account or our funds.

What they are apparently hoping to do is much simpler: catch someone who searches for Happy Animals, clicks the wrong account, and sends them the payment intended for us.

So please take an extra few seconds before sending a payment.

If you are ever uncertain before sending us a payment, please contact us directly. We would much rather take a minute to verify it with you than have one of our customers send money to a scammer.

Do you want a tail that drags the ground? I know I do.

The secret is part of the Happy Animals Total Body Series product line. The hair on a horse is just the beginning of what we aim for but it’s always a tell tale sign of the health of any horse.
