Many of you know what I’ve been working on at the local, state and federal levels.

It has now come to the point that with each and every meeting with attorneys, politicians and “departments,” that I have to make it very well known that being the “messenger” or the person who has connected the dots that I have (especially in the last 48 hours) is that no one wants to be the first person to tell this story.

I have been advised to start telling everyone I know about it but maybe 4 people in my life know about 40% of the big picture.

I know this sounds so DRAMATIC and even my sister this morning was like “How bad can it actually be?”

And after about 20 min of “story time” she was like “ugh! How do I function at work after hearing this?”

Like I said, no one else even knows the half of it.

So, tonight around 9 PM EST I am going to go live on fb, my business page on IG and on X.

I will be sharing some frameworks and analogies to raise more awareness before heading back in a few weeks to DC.

I am so behind on emails and DMs since returning home from our 4th of July vacation so please know I’m not ignoring anyone! Just trying to catch up!

If you could tune in tonight and maybe even tag anyone as I’m speaking who might need to hear the message I appreciate it.

We're excited to share that Begin Well Co. is moving to a new location! (Yes, we've moved again 😉). As our practice continues to grow, this new space will allow us to better serve you and your family.

We are currently in the process of transitioning from our previous location at 38555 Mound Rd, and will be caring for patients at the NEW location during this move.

If you have an appointment scheduled this week (3/30/26–4/3/26) or next week (4/6/26-4/10/26): Please keep an eye out for a text message from our office phone number (586-786-4891) confirming the new location's address! All patients should be getting an automated text and email within the next week or so from our tech team with this same message.

A week ago I was . . .

sipping a glass of wine with Dr Rand Paul and Dr Oz.

😳 trying not to blush and say something stupid to Dr Callie Means, Del Bigtree and Dr Eric Berg.
(I might have quoted Ricky Bobby once 😬)

Watching Bobby Kennedy, Dr Oz, Dr Berg, Nick Ortner and Mary Holland give an amazing presser to end the overall MEVI conference.

But . . . Last week wasn’t a “Rah Rah,” week. It was the end of an era & the closing of a chapter. These events felt like a speed dating network event with people who all have built communities/tribes/villages/massive influential followings while the oligarchs and “ruling” empire have been falling apart.

People who I have secretly fan girled and doom scrolled after are now texting me and scheduling zoom meetings with me to rebuild this country.

The magnitude of it makes me uncomfortable bc it almost feels like bragging or being egotistical but I am just still in complete awe of Gods work at hand. Really there is no other way to describe it. I get the honor of being a part of something so monumental that I don’t think any of us have digested how much of an impact that we get to work toward.

On top of all the new meetings, projects, travel, legislation, licensing, regulations, curriculums etc… I have had the absolute honor of watching my new doc see pediatric chiropractic and lactation through the new lens of what we are all building. This poor doc’s nervous system is recalibrating in quantum leaps and she is here 👏🏻 for 👏🏻 it

I don’t see myself ever leaving practice bc I have so much more teaching to do but, it sure is cool to come out of a meeting and watch her deliver the same results by scanning the nervous system, removing the interference and allowing the body to heal and align with its highest potential.

My patient care schedule is going to have pretty strict boundaries these days with all of this travel and legislative work but WE (many names that I haven’t even mentioned yet)
are building such a beautiful foundation for our kiddos and families.

This is how I would sum up this past week . . .

If anyone has ever read the book, “The Alchemist,” in the end, (spoiler alert) 🚨 the main character is sobbing with gratitude bc he sees the big picture on how every setback, lesson, hardship, physical, emotional, spiritual, mental trauma prepared him to step into his greatest possible outcome, life and timeline.

All of us who came together in DC would describe that we are all in this perpetual moment of awe.
I really can’t believe this is my life right now. Even better, I have the freedom to continue to design it going forward and I’m so grateful for that.

2025 was gut wrenching. I think I cried every single day and my HRV was a solid 52.
Addy called me out while driving one day by saying, “Mom it’s not sunny out and we know you only put your sunglasses on when you cry, so just go ahead and let it out.”
Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING fell apart and I thought ALL of my work that had been built was for nothing. Turns out God just thought, “No. Make it bigger.”

I know this is a vague post, but it’s because I have a blank canvas and get to decide what the next vision and mission is going to be.

So, if you need me, just know that I’m in the designing phase, but this time I’m not starting from scratch. I, ok WE, are building a strong foundation from wisdom, experience, expertise and God led Leadership. 🥰

I’ll get to posting pics and content soon from this week but today, I’m going to marinate on what this next chapter will hold.
