We would like to take a moment to recognize our pharmacy technicians! Silas and Karen go above and beyond each and everyday! A pharmacist is only as good as the technicians working beside them, and we are so thankful here at Sterling Pharmacy to have two local technicians that show up to serve the community as well as ours do! Thank you Silas and Karen for dedicating yourselves to our community and truly making a difference. Happy National Pharmacist Technician Day to both of you! We are back open and processing new prescriptions again.

Right now, our system is still a little slow, so we can only help with the urgent needs.

While we are still unable to fully open at Sterling Pharmacy, we are able to partner with our sister store the Lyons Pharmacy. They are able to fill your urgent medications and any prescriptions you may need. Please call the store and we will make sure your needs are met.

We have a team of experts working diligently to resolve the problem so we can reopen as soon as possible. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Please know we will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your continued support!

We are currently experiencing unexpected computer system issues this morning that are temporarily impacting our ability to process both new and previously filled prescriptions.

For the safety and accuracy of our services, our doors will remain closed while we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
