Look at this! They are killing it!

HISTORY🔥 Because of the incredible support from our community and the unbelievable volume we’ve been producing, our food supplier had to do something they’ve never done before, bring in a refrigerated semi-trailer and leave it in our yard to keep up with demand!

We are now serving an average of over 2,000 guests every single day, and none of this would be possible without each and every one of you. Your support, patience, and excitement have exceeded anything we could have imagined. We owe EVERYTHING to our AMAZING staff and guests❤️

A huge thank you goes out to our food group and suppliers for going above and beyond to help us keep up with the demand. Their commitment has been incredible, and they’ve made accommodations for us that they’ve never had to make before.

We are truly making history together right here in Sterling and throughout all of the surrounding communities. Every burger, gyro, hot dog, shake, and smile is because of you and our beautiful staff🥂

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing up, spreading the word, and supporting us day after day. We can’t wait to see you again today!

This man is telling the truth about your sleep patterns.
Although body work and massage can help the body calm down and let go it isn't a cure all for the nervous system.

If you are stuck in chronic exhaustion fight or flight etc
Please do yourself a favor and seek help.
It may be some things you can fix easily but some may need people who have made it a career to help others stuck in those modes.

You can't supplement your way out of a ramped nervous system sadly. Although they can be very helpful they won't truck the brain enough to relax in the long run

When the body has been trying to reach you about your extended warranty for years and hasn't been successful it will find a way to slow you down.

And remember be kind to yourself ALWAYS ❤️

They say massage is helpful for stimulating the healing response for lower back pain.

⛳ Golf could possibly be one of the worst hidden injury sports when it comes to the twisting and turning at higher speeds ⏩

Bodywork styled massage techniques are great at helping with the recovery or just staying in the game by helping to correct tight fascia.

Sadly this guy is going to need a lot more than bodywork can provide

Be careful out there folks.

That ball was obviously too good for it's home ⛳ 🤬
