Many people think that homeopathic remedies are given to cure/clear a symptom. In some cases that is true ~and we treat an acute situation. Classical homeopathic medicine goes far deeper and attempts to clear the cellular memory passed on genetically. An analogy that is sometimes used is people are like onions ~~ and the homeopathic practitioner needs to find the outer layer first. Often we see inside those layers and if that inner layer is addressed before the outer layer, the Remedy just won’t hold. They may have some relief for a short period of time but until the outer layer is addressed and only then, will the vital force respond. A good remedy given at the right time and the right potency can open up a persons potential to continue to heal through their lifetime. Peeling back the layers of trauma and events that I’ve been detrimental to a person’s life and allowing their potential to be released.
Miasms are deep patterns that may influence how a person responds to illness, stress, and life's challenges. Homeopaths observe that these tendencies can sometimes run through families. For example, one generation may experience eczema, the next asthma, and another allergies or autoimmune conditions or all above.
