Seva is defined as Selfless Service. This is the core of Mats for Mindfulness. Service to others bringing the gift of the 8 limbs of yoga to those in need.The vision is to provide yoga mats to those in need that are not able to afford one. New Mats or Gently used mats are cleaned sanitized then distributed to individuals or group centers.
