🎃 PUMPKIN DAY! 🧡🍂

Let me tell you… I’m STILL finding pumpkin seeds everywhere! 😂 But it was so worth it!

Today, we got to scoop out our pumpkins, explore the insides, wash our seeds, and get them drying for a yummy snack tomorrow! 🧡 We finished our pumpkin fun by painting our very own pumpkin designs and letting our creativity shine! 🎨🎃

So much fun, hands on learning, sensory exploration, and making memories together! 🍁

READ! READ! READ! 📚

I LOVE reading to children and I love reading to my own boys, too! ❤️

One of the best ways to help build your child’s early literacy skills is simply by reading with them every day. It doesn’t have to be expensive, and you don’t need a huge home library to make reading a part of your routine! 👩🏼‍🍼

NEED MORE BOOKS AT HOME? Here are some great resources:

The Library
One of my favorites! ❤️ Make it a special outing, take your child to the LIBRARY, let them pick out their own books, and make reading part of your bedtime routine. It’s a great way to bond while encouraging a love for books!

Thrift Stores
You can find SO many gently used children’s books for just a few dollars! This is one of my favorite ways to build a home library on a budget.

Dollar Store
Did you know some dollar stores have children’s books for around $1.50?! 😝
I LOVE picking these up to add to my childcare library! Can’t pass a good deal !

Scholastic Books
Scholastic has affordable books and book bundles that make it easy to build your child’s collection without spending a fortune.

Highlights
Check out their website for children’s books, magazines, and activities that can be delivered right to your home!

Local Grocery Stores
Don’t overlook them! Many grocery stores have inexpensive children’s books, especially in their seasonal or children’s sections.

Remember: You don’t need fancy books or a huge collection. What matters most is taking the time to sit down, read together, talk about the pictures, ask questions, and enjoy the story.

Even 10–15 minutes of reading together each day can become a special routine your child looks forward to. ❤️📚

READ! READ! READ!
Let’s raise little book lovers!

My cozy little learning room! 🩷🦋

We get to enjoy fun circle time, storytelling, sensory bins, and little group activities! After lunch, we transform the room into a cozy little naptime space. It’s calm, comfy, and filled with so much love. 💙( we play in a different area ! To have more open space to play and explore with toys and other hands on activities! )

During my maternity leave, I had some extra time to focus on this room, and I just love how it turned out! 😊🩷🦋

A sweet little space where learning and resting all come together. ✨
