We are honored to be a recipient of the 2026 River Valley Health Fund! The Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley awarded $139,015 to 17 organizations working to improve health and well-being across our region, and OVHC was fortunate to receive $10,000 toward the purchase of a T9 abdominal probe for our ultrasound machine. This probe will expand our point-of-care imaging capabilities, help providers identify concerns sooner, and reduce unnecessary referrals, travel, and wait times for our patients. Receiving the award on behalf of OVHC were Executive Director Alisa and Nursing Director Mike. We are incredibly grateful for this investment in the health of our community!

A Wonderful Evening Honoring an Extraordinary Leader

Tonight we had the privilege of celebrating our dear friend and former Executive Director, Ann Quillen, with a farewell dinner surrounded by the Ohio Valley Health Center Board of Directors, staff, family, and friends.

The evening was filled with wonderful food, heartfelt laughter, touching memories, great music, and genuine fellowship. More importantly, it was an opportunity to honor a woman whose compassion, dedication, and servant’s heart have touched thousands of lives throughout our community.

Ann’s leadership helped shape the Ohio Valley Health Center into the remarkable organization it is today. Her kindness, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to those in need will continue to inspire us for many years to come.

As Board President, I can honestly say it has been one of the greatest honors of my life to serve alongside Ann. She leaves behind an incredible legacy, and while she will certainly be missed, she will always remain a cherished member of the Ohio Valley Health Center family.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this evening so memorable. The love in that room was unmistakable, and it was a beautiful reflection of the lives Ann has impacted.

Ann, may God richly bless you in this next chapter. Thank you for your friendship, your leadership, and your heart. Once OVHC family, always OVHC family.
