We believe wellness is about more than what happens inside our office and for the next few weeks, that includes thinking about the children of our community who don’t have enough to eat.

For the next three weeks we are collecting food for Back Packs 4 Hope. If you haven’t heard of them, they are an amazing organization that helps kids have food for nights and weekends when otherwise they might go hungry.

It breaks my heart to think that we have kids in our own backyards that struggle and go to bed hungry. So with that being said, we are collecting kid friendly, easy-to-prepare, shelf-stable foods like:
🥣 Soup
🥜 Peanut butter
🍓 Jelly
🥣 Oatmeal
🍚 Rice
🍫 Granola bars
…and other non-perishable foods! (one small note: try NOT to have glass containers for your donations)

Every item donated may seem small, but when our community comes together, small acts can add up to something BIG.

The next time you’re heading to the grocery store, consider grabbing an extra item for the kids in our community who could use it. ❤️

Bring your donations with you to your next appointment now through November 5th. Let’s see if we can beat what we’ve collected in the past! Also, who loves a good throwback Thursday collection?! 😂

If you’ve been to in the office in the last few years, chances are you’ve seen LMNT on our shelves. And you know we don’t keep things around just because they’re trendy. 😉
