I am finally home and adjusting back to the time difference. IRT Arctic Care was and exhausting and so rewarding. It was an honor to serve along so many great people from all services. The views and wildlife were spectacular. And the memories will live on forever.

It is that time of year again as I depart for my Navy Reserve duty. This year, I will be traveling to Alaska to provide dental care to underserved Native communities who otherwise lack access to essential services. Having never been to Alaska, I am especially excited to experience the region and all it has to offer—please stay tuned for photos.
While it is never easy to be away from my family for several weeks, I am honored to serve and contribute to the mission of the United States Navy and United States Marine Corps.
