Big congratulations to our very own Casey Martin, OTD on stepping into her new role as Occupational Therapy Team Lead at Kinera!

In this leadership position, Casey will be guiding and supporting our OT team through supervision, trainings, team meetings, recruitment efforts, and so much more. Her passion for occupational therapy and dedication to both our clinicians and clients make her the perfect fit for this role.

Did you know our OT team has started monthly Continuing Education meetings?!

Each month, one of our OTs gets to share a topic they’re passionate about, giving us the opportunity to learn from one another and keep growing together as clinicians. 💡🧠

This month, Natalie is presenting to our OT team on DIR®/Floortime™ : exploring the Developmental (D), Individual Differences (I), and Relationship-Based (R) framework and how we can apply these principles to our pediatric practice.

We love bringing all of our OT brains together! Continued learning, collaboration, and sharing knowledge help us provide the most current, evidence-based, and individualized care to the children and families we serve at Kinera. 🧡💚
