Shirodhara! ✨

With a gentle stream of warm oil flowing across the forehead, this Ayurvedic-based Healing Arts treatment can quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and leave you feeling grounded and restored.

But what makes the oil itself so special? When it is “streamed on the 3rd eye, or the chakra, it can open up intuition, bring one out of the mind, and into the spiritual realm for deep healing.” — Kaveri Datta Barros Kaveri Datta Barros

Slowing down and releasing tension? Sounds like heaven to us! 😇 learn more here: https://kripalu.org/healing-arts

If you have experienced Shirodhara before, share your favorite part in the comments! 👇🏽

With just two Saturdays left this season, this is the time to experience a one-of-a kind morning, filled with connection, fresh air, and inspiration.

Kripalu is proud to partner with Tanglewood for Yoga on the Lawn, a Saturday morning tradition that pairs an all-levels yoga practice led by Kripalu yoga teachers with the Boston Symphony Orchestra’s live open rehearsal.

See you on the lawn! 🎻🧘

When we say you can customize your stay, we mean it. No two Retreat & Renewal stays are the same—and that’s the beauty of it. Create an experience that’s uniquely yours, and we’ll meet you wherever you are. https://kripalu.org/experiences/retreat-renewal

Which retreat personality should we share next? 👀 Yoga lover? Calm-seeker?

There are reunions, and then there are homecomings.

Last month, we had the honor of welcoming back some of our past Kripalu Ashram residents for a special retreat celebrating our shared history and lineage.

“Part of what has always made Kripalu extraordinary is its enduring commitment to service (seva), daily practice (sadhana), and community (sangha). Kripalu’s ashram residents were the first members of this community to embody these values, helping lay the foundation for the organization we know today through their selfless service, dedication to a yogic lifestyle, and care for others.” — Holly McCormack, Chief Learning Officer

This retreat allowed former residents to reconnect with one another, reflect on their time at Kripalu, honor the community that helped shape so many lives, and celebrate the enduring legacy of Swami Kripalu.

To everyone who returned: thank you! Thank you for bringing your stories, your memories, and your hearts back home.

Once part of the Kripalu fam, always part of the Kripalu fam. 💛
