Today we’re celebrating someone who is truly the glue that holds Elder Ridge Manor together, our wonderful Jenny! 🥳🎂

Every workplace has that one person who keeps everything organized, makes sure things run smoothly, and somehow manages to keep everyone on track. For us, that person is Jenny! ❤️

From keeping all the paperwork organized and making sure everything is in order to handling the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep Elder Ridge running, Jenny does it all! Her hard work, dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond never go unnoticed. She plays such an important role in making sure our residents receive the best care and our team has everything they need to succeed. 🫶🏼

Jenny, we hope you know just how loved and appreciated you are! So much of what you do happens behind the scenes, but it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. Elder Ridge truly wouldn’t be the same without you, and we are beyond thankful for everything you do! 💕

This week, we’re excited to introduce Laurie! 💕

When she’s not at Elder Ridge, Laurie loves spending time with her family and friends, especially making memories with her grandkids! She also enjoys swimming, sitting around a bonfire, and taking trips up north! ☀️🔥

🏡 If she could live anywhere: By a lake!

😂 Her hidden talent: Being able to laugh about just about anything!

Laurie’s fun-loving personality, positive attitude, and ability to find humor in life’s little moments make her such a wonderful part of our team and a true friend to our residents! We’re lucky to have her at Elder Ridge! 💗

This week, we’re excited to introduce Alyson! 💕

☀️ Favorite way to start and end her day: A good breakfast and a Bloom energy drink to start the morning, followed by relaxing in bed at the end of the day!

🏡 If she could live anywhere: Tennessee!

🚶‍♀️ Favorite things to do in her free time: Going for walks and hitting the gym!

❤️ Why she loves being a caregiver: Alyson reminds herself of the meaningful impact she can make in someone’s life simply by being there to help. Her desire to care for those in need is what keeps her going!

Today we’re celebrating one of our amazing team members, Gracie! 🥳🎂

Gracie brings so much fun, laughter, kindness, and positive energy to Elder Ridge Manor. She is always willing to jump in and help wherever she’s needed, and the care and compassion she shows our residents never goes unnoticed. We are so thankful for everything she does and even more thankful to have her as part of our Elder Ridge family. 🫶🏼

Gracie, we hope you know how appreciated you are by your coworkers, our residents, and their families. We hope your 22nd birthday is filled with lots of love, laughter, good memories, and maybe a little too much cake! 🎂😉
