For twenty years, we have built our Health Services communities around a single conviction: care delivered by a stranger is not care. Through Spirit Training, we select Care Partners with natural emotional intelligence and teach them to move past tasks and truly be with our Members. Low staff-to-Member ratios make those connections possible, not accidental.

Members build friendships too. Our Household Model of Care creates small, family-sized neighborhoods where Members share meals, conversation, and daily life with neighbors who know them. Socialization is a proven component of health, and we treat it that way.

Music reaches places words no longer can.

In our Memory Care households, Music Therapy is not entertainment. It is theapyy. A familiar melody can steady a Member's mood, unlock language, and bring back a memory that seemed out of reach. We see it every day, and the research backs what we see: music activates regions of the brain that dementia leaves largely intact.

Our Care Partners know each Member's story, which means they know each Member's songs. That is the difference between playing music and practicing Music Therapy.
