Known throughout the office as an absolute pillar of reliability, her peers always know they can depend on her to step up whenever backup or guidance is needed. Her absolute favorite part of her role is advocating for local seniors and ensuring they are supported with the appropriate services to fully maintain their quality of life right at home.

True independence means having the security, support, and dignity to stay right where you belong—at home. 🇺🇸

Today, our local communities come together to celebrate freedom, community, and the incredible sacrifices made by our veterans and neighbors across Middlesex County. For so many aging seniors and veteran families in Stoneham and the surrounding area, preserving that independence is a daily journey.

Helping our local heroes stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love is the absolute greatest honor.

A big welcome to our newest caregivers! 🎉

We had a fantastic orientation group yesterday, and it was a pleasure getting to know everyone. We're excited to have each of them join the Abernathy Home Care team and can't wait to see the positive impact they'll make in the lives of our clients.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for more compassionate, dependable caregivers to join us! We're currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Homemakers, and Heavy Chore Workers, with an immediate need in the Burlington area and surrounding communities west of there, including Bedford, Lexington, Lincoln, Concord, Carlisle, Acton, Littleton, Boxborough, Harvard, and Stow.
