I am in complete and total AWE.

HOW do they get up there?

HOW do they stop at intersections and go again?

HOW do they not get blown over ONTO the top of cars in high winds?

(Struggling not to p*e my pants laughing, thinking about the cars' sunroofs being open!! , it's just an expression, LOL. All good over here!!)

I have SO many questions. Mark said we shouldn't wait around for the owner to return. He didn't even think we should stay long enough for the photo 🤣🤣🤣

What questions would you have?? I'm fascinated by this.

A LOT can change in two years. We saw how much can change in a year or even in a couple of weeks at the beginning of quarantine.

My phone just notified me about this "memory". This photo was taken two years ago when I was teaching yoga at a local rock climbing gym in Boston. I miss climbing. I miss teaching. I miss my people back in Boston. (And, in Montreal).

Hope I've done a good job in telling you that you're important to me ❤️

The yucky days are there to contrast the good ones. To show us where the light is, where our support is, who the real cheerleaders are.

This morning started with violent shakes and fear. With disappointment. With questioning who I am and what I'm trying to do.

And, out of the woodwork, emerged people from across the continent; some knowing, some reaching out "randomly" to just say hi.

And, so this day ends with a shaking, happy-cry... Being reminded of beauty in all corners, in areas I never would have thought to look.

I love you for shining light.

Please know that I will be there when you need it too.
