It’s annual post time! My 4-year old found this rock and gifted it to me a few weeks ago. I keep it on my sink so every time I wash my hands I’m reminded to feel like a QUEEN and keep my crown high. It’s been a really busy few weeks in the clinic, so this little reminder has been nice. Since returning from an herbal intensive in Charleston SC in March I’ve established an in-house granule herbal pharmacy so I can customize formulas for all kinds of needs. It’s been remarkable to see the transformations in people! This is a formula I made for myself—another way I can feel like a Queen and own my crown! 👑
