“Throughout my stay, Tamara never made me feel like I was a bother or asking for too much. She always had a warm smile and took the time to explain every step of my care. Whether it was blood work or another procedure, she would walk me through what was happening and why, which helped calm my nerves and made me feel involved in my own care. Nursing is not an easy job, and it's clear that Tamara was truly meant for this profession. Watching her care for patients with such compassion, attentiveness, and calm confidence made a lasting impression on me. She didn't just treat my symptoms; she made me feel safe, heard, and cared for during a very difficult time. She made my heart feel lighter in a place that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Tamara is the kind of nurse who reminds patients that they are in good hands. I will always be grateful for the care she gave me.”
