Hey y'all,

I have some lovely ladies who would be interested in teaching some classes at K.O. for us:)

We have a yoga teacher, a belly dance teacher, a ballet/barre teacher and a personal trainer who can teach pilates, strength, etc.

If any of these sound appealing to you please let me know which ones you want most. And please let me know what days and times work best for you.

Hey friends:) We had an absolute blast teaching our first partner Massage Class. Sooooo we are gonna do it again.

Sunday February 1 and we will do two sessions

10:30am-1pm and 2:30pm-5pm

We have spots for 4 pairs in each round and class will be $200 per pair.
