Monday Manager Spotlight! 🌟 It is my pleasure to introduce Tony, one of our restorative aides here at the Arbors.

Q: What is one thing you enjoy working here at the Arbors at Stow?
A: "One of my favorite things about working at the Arbors at Stow is helping people feel more comfortable during a difficult time. If I am able to make someone laugh, or put them at ease about their situation, even if just for a moment, it makes me feel better. I see how frightening this all must be for them, so when they put their guard down and talk to me, it means a lot. Some days, the residents help me just as much as I help them. I get to meet and interact with so many interesting people from all walks of life and I feel very lucky." 💙

Q: What is one piece of advice that you carry with you?
A: "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it."

Q: What is your favorite restaurant?
A: "La Terraza Mexican Bar and Grill" 🌮

Q: Tell me one thing on your bucket list.
A: "I would love to visit Japan one day." 🇯🇵
