Savoring these last beautiful days of summer with our residents and family members before they are gone. The weather for our family night was warm which fell into our tropical theme of the evening. Everyone swayed the sounds of the steel drum player as we enjoyed fresh fruit and teriyaki chicken prepared on the grill. We love making wonderful memories together.

Summer Sandwich Showdown is happening at Eden Senior Living. And Stow's dietary staff have prepared a Cuban style philly sandwich for the competition. Made with pulled pork, sauteed peppers, cheese and dijonnaise. Accompanied by corn and bean salad with cilantro and lime. And to finish this amazing meal dulce de leche cheesecake! Go for the win!
