Ryan at Resilience Acupuncture gave me my life back.

While hiking in the western U.S. in October 2024, I suddenly became very ill. Up until that point, I considered myself healthy and active. When I returned home, I checked into my local emergency room, and my life changed forever. Doctors eventually discovered that I had several serious health conditions caused by a rare, long-standing autoimmune disease that had gone undiagnosed. It took six months of hospital stays, specialist visits, and extensive testing to finally get answers.

Because my body has never tolerated medications well, I began to lose hope. In June 2025, I started seeing Ryan at Resilience Acupuncture, and almost immediately I began feeling like myself again. With each treatment, my energy, strength, and overall well-being improved. Today, I feel better than I did before I even knew I was sick.

The results have been nothing short of miraculous. Acupuncture can help with a wide range of health conditions, and Ryan is truly gifted in his work. I am beyond grateful for the care, compassion, and expertise he has provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Resilience Acupuncture to anyone looking to improve their health and quality of life.

When I first started seeing Ryan I was coughing a lot. We didn’t know if it was sinus related or acid reflux. I even had to sleep propped up a bit for relief. That ended a couple of weeks after starting to see Ryan. It’s absolutely gone.
My body is also very tight. It can be hard to sit comfortably or even to fully straighten my legs. I was taking a prescription and getting Botox shots in those areas. I stopped all of that to see what Ryan could help with. Also, I go to physical therapy once a week and two different therapists asked me what I was doing differently because my legs were so much flatter against the table, straighter, and I was looser. I told them this was all thanks to Ryan!
They didn’t know I was going for acupuncture.
