This video discusses the significance of the next new moon occurring on 10 September 2026 (23:27p Eastern Daylight Time/New York USA). The moon symbolizes the emotional sensory mind and when it goes dark as a new moon it can signal feelings of insecurity.

This new moon is conjunct Sun in its own sign of Leo indicating strength of high-level leadership. It is also conjunct Ketu (the south node of moon) which can yield unexpected actions and plot twists. This combination in the 4th house of home/family/education can bring the issues of unsettled, upset parents to the attention of school administrators who then choose to deviate from previous plans. This along with the two education/communication planets being strong (an exalted Jupiter representing teachers/publishing/speech and Mercury in its own sign representing students/writing/words) will make for strong opinions being shared by all stakeholders in upcoming parent teacher association (PTA) meetings. But only real-world actionable plans, not highfalutin theories, will help to resolve the tension.

The energy of this transit coincides with the New York City public school system (the largest school district in the US) recent decision to limit student and teacher use of AI for the upcoming school year.

"Green Beans with Cashew Yogurt Sauce" recipe

(4 servings)


3 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-3 inch pieces

3-4 tablespoons butter (or sunflower oil)

1 bay leaf, broken

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 inch ginger root, peeled and grated

1/2 cup cashews, chopped

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup yogurt

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg powder

1 large handful cilantro leaves, chopped

In steamer or covered pot, steam green beans so they become “half-cooked” (i.e. partly crisp, partly soft), drain water and set to side. Heat large sauté pan on medium heat, add butter stir a couple times as it melts and starts to become golden brown. Drop in bay leaf pieces, stir a couple times. Add in cumin seeds and ginger, sauté 1 minute so becomes fragrant. Add cashews and salt, sauté until edges of cashews start to gain color. Turn off heat and stir in yogurt evenly. Sprinkle nutmeg and cilantro and stir into cashew-yogurt mixture.

Many people eat yogurt because they recognize it is high in protein and calcium but they mostly eat it cold. Learning to cook with yogurt expands the possibilities of benefitting from its high nutritional value.

"Vedic Astrology: Venus' Journey September 2026 to January 2027 (Who turned the romance up?)" -- new video 🌠💕

Venus, the planet of love and romance, has been challenged in its debilitation sign for the month of August, logistics and physical barriers likely being part of the issue...

However, on 02 September Venus will be strengthened by transiting its own sign of Libra until 01 January 2027. Besides putting people in their feels for the rest of the year, Venus will support the other things it symbolizes as well, including:

Lunar eclipse coming 28 August 2026, 00:17a EDT/New York time...as always with eclipses, "expect the unexpected".

This lunar eclipse will bring strong executive actions breaking from convention. It happens that the next day on 29 August Iceland is holding a referendum to decide whether it will continue talks of joining the European Union. This is an interesting180 degree turn in the country's history since Iceland has been steadily increasing its independence from European authority for the last century. Astrologically, however, Iceland is currently experiencing planetary transits similar to the sky pattern of its birth as its modern version...so deja vu...it is experiencing similar themes to its origin days.
