After lunch we got together for a Chicago Bears Party 🏈 even though we were hoping for a different result, we still had a lot of fun!!! We brought the popcorn maker down and we also had orange and blue sugar free Jello! Thank you to my helpers for hanging decorations and assisting me during the party!!

After our morning exercises we walked the square, we decided to cut through the Assisted Living courtyard to admire their beautiful flowers and tomato plants. Afterwards we decided to go outside and soak up some sunshine ☀️

After lunch a few of us Walked the Square" then we attempted to go outside but those little black gnats were everywhere so we did our candy corn craft inside, while our crafts were drying we decided to walk up to the movie theater to watch the 1966 classic "it's the Great pumpkin Charlie Brown" this brought many smiles and laughter! Afterwards we finished up our candy corn project and had fun with it!! ❤️

We played BINGO 📣 this morning & we had 3 Winners 👏 After lunch we will go outside for a candy corn craft 😊

There’s something special about spending quality time together! Today, our residents enjoyed taking a walk, helping one another with a craft project, sharing ideas, and even squeezing in a little time for a couple of games. 🚶‍♀️🎨🎲

It’s not just about the activities; it’s about the laughter, teamwork, friendships, and the little moments that make each day special. 🥰

At The Villas of Holly Brook, we’re not just filling our days—we’re making memories, building connections, and creating a place that truly feels like home. 🏡❤️

💪🧘‍♀️ Movement, Mindfulness & a Little Tai Chi! 🧘‍♂️💪

Exercise at the Villas of Holly Brook is part of our daily routine, but we like to switch it up and keep things fun! Today, our residents enjoyed some relaxing and energizing Tai Chi. 🌿

Tai Chi is a wonderful way to work on balance, flexibility, coordination, and gentle movement—all while enjoying a little peaceful time together. ❤️

We may change up the exercise, but one thing stays the same… our residents keep moving and having fun! 👏😊
