Dear Docere Medical Spa Clients,

We are pleased to announce that, as of February 2026, Docere Medical Spa is under new ownership. As part of this transition, we have also implemented a new electronic medical records (EMR) system to better serve our clients and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.

As we transition to our new ownership and systems, we are updating our gift card policy.

Effective October 1, 2026, gift cards issued under the previous ownership that are more than two (2) years old will no longer be honored unless they have been transferred and documented in our current system.

If you have an older gift card from Docere Medical Spa, please do not worry — you have the opportunity to have the gift card added to your current client account so you do not lose the value of your purchase.

Please note: Going forward, the physical gift card must be presented and available for verification in order for us to transfer it into our current system.

If you have an older gift card, please bring the physical card with you and contact Docere Medical Spa at (440) 238-3331 before October 1, 2026 so our team can assist you with verifying and transferring your gift card.

Moving forward, all new Docere Medical Spa gift cards will have no expiration date.

We understand that transitions such as these can raise questions, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a smooth transition under our new ownership. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of service and an exceptional experience at Docere Medical Spa.
