Today we wrap up Be Kind to Humankind Week! Our Resident Services Director, Jill, took resident Ted, to give a gift of appreciation with “You Matter” cards attached to Riverview Pointe Care Center.

Ted stayed here at Riverview Pointe while he healed from a broken hip and boy was the staff happy to see him up and on his feet and walking with only a cane! They took such good care of him and others during their rehabilitation. We also stopped to see Gino, a resident of ours who is currently recovering at Riverview. Thank you for taking such good care of our residents!

This week is Be Kind to Humankind Week! Today our Culinary Director, Stephen gave a gift of freshly baked pastries with a “You Matter” card attached to Deacon Paul from St. Joseph Catholic Church - Strongsville to show our appreciation for everything they do for our residents.

St. Joseph’s Catholic Church provides weekly prayer services, communion and to our residents. Thank you St. Joseph’s for being a part of our community!

It’s Be Kind to Humankind Week! Today our Wellness Director, Brandy gave a gift of appreciation with a “You Matter” card attached to the workers at Meals on Wheels located at Altenheim and Shurmer Place.

Altenheim’s Meals On Wheels program provides hot meals to those Strongsville residents living at home who have limited mobility or access, or are recovering from a hospital stay, and cannot prepare their own meals. Altenheim operates the program in conjunction with the Strongsville Women’s League. Thank you for all that you so!
