✨ 396 CLIENTS AND A DREAM THAT BECAME MY REALITY! ✨

Two years ago, I made one of the scariest decisions of my life. I decided to leave Hand & Stone and take a leap of faith to start something of my own — Satori Healing. ❤️

Was I scared? ABSOLUTELY! I was leaving behind something familiar, something comfortable, and stepping into the unknown. I had no idea what the future would hold, but I knew I had a passion for helping people heal, and I wanted to create something that was truly mine.

So I jumped. I took that chance, believed in myself, and hoped for the best.
And looking back, it was the BEST decision I ever made. 🙏

Never in a million years did I imagine that my little dream would grow into what Satori Healing is today. 396 clients!!! 🥹❤️

I am beyond humbled, grateful, and honestly a little emotional thinking about how far this journey has taken me.

What started as a dream has become so much more than a business. It's become a place where people come to heal, feel heard, feel cared for, and most importantly, feel like family.

I've always believed that customer service, client satisfaction, and quality of care should come before everything else. And that is something I will NEVER compromise on, no matter how much Satori Healing grows.

To every single person who has booked an appointment, purchased a package, referred a friend, shared a post, left a review, or simply believed in me — THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! 💜

You have helped turn something I was once terrified to pursue into something I am incredibly proud of.

And to think... we're just getting started! ✨

If there's one thing this journey has taught me, it's that sometimes the scariest leap of faith leads you exactly where you're meant to be.
Here's to continued growth, healing, and making a difference, one client at a time.
396 clients. Two years. One incredibly grateful heart. 🥹🙏❤️

Hold this position for 60 seconds before bed!

If you spend hours sitting at a desk, looking at your phone, or often feel tightness in your chest and shoulders, give this simple exercise a try.

This position is called Cactus Arms, and it’s a great way to work on shoulder mobility and open up the front of your chest.

This exercise brings your shoulders into external rotation while allowing your chest muscles to lengthen.

Here’s how to do it:

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the bed.

Bring your arms out to the sides, bend your elbows to 90 degrees, and slowly let the backs of your hands move toward the mattress.

Keep your shoulders relaxed, breathe slowly, and hold the position for up to 60 seconds.

Don’t force your hands to touch the bed. Just stay in a comfortable position.

Remember, improving your mobility doesn’t always require long workouts. A few minutes of movement every day can make a difference over time.

Important: This exercise isn’t suitable for everyone. Stay within a comfortable, pain-free range and stop if you feel pinching or sharp pain in your shoulders.

Here are some helpful nerve gliding techniques for those of you that suffer from nerve pain in the shoulder or running down your arm.
