⚠️ DO YOU PAY ATTENTION TO HOW YOU REST BETWEEN EXERCISES?
https://youtu.be/C4dN1_bDCVo
If you're doing side planks, you may be focused on your form during the exercise...
But what happens when the repetition is over?
A lot of people simply drop their hip toward the floor, relax, and then push themselves back up for the next rep.
Here's the problem:
How you get INTO and OUT OF an exercise matters too.
When performing a modified side plank, try this:
✅ Control the transition out of the plank
✅ Hinge your hips and sit back slightly into a comfortable rest position
✅ Maintain good trunk positioning
✅ Return to your starting position with control
The goal isn't just to perform a good repetition.
It's to control the entire movement.
👉 How you get into position.
👉 How you perform the exercise.
👉 How you transition out of it.
Too often, people concentrate so much on completing the exercise that the second the repetition ends...
Everything falls apart.
Don't just train the exercise.
Train the movement.
Control from beginning to end. 💪
