Our office will be closed from Friday August 27 through Labor Day, Monday September 6. Doctor will be unavailable. Electronic prescription requests from pharmacies will be approved during this time but there will be a delay so please request refills from your pharmacy before you run out. Office will reopen Tuesday September 7 at 9:00 am.
